What part of the pig do they not eat? Do they eat the organs too or do they first eviscerate the pig? What does it mean to eat the whole pig? Is this for special ceremonies or celebrations? Are the pigs farm-raised livestock or is it wild pig? Isn't the whole pig eaten here in North America as well, except normally packaged in small portions?
